What's the difference between Starter and Pro plans?
Starter includes 1,000 monthly credits (or 12,000 yearly); Pro includes 2,500 monthly credits (or 30,000 yearly). Plan prices and included credits do not change when you choose a model.
What's the difference between Pro and Business plans?
Business includes 8,000 monthly credits or 96,000 yearly credits. Generation time still varies with provider queue load.
How many videos can I generate with my credits?
Each video generation clearly shows its exact credit cost before submission. Monthly Starter includes 1,000 credits, Pro includes 2,500 credits, and Business includes 8,000 credits. Standard image generation uses no credits.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes! You can easily upgrade or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, with no long-term contracts or commitments.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are valid only for the current billing period. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each month, and yearly plan credits expire at the end of the annual subscription period.
What happens if a PixVerse V6 generation fails?
All credit transactions are protected. Any generation task that fails or times out is automatically and immediately refunded back to your account balance.
Is the Picverse Image Generator really free?
Yes. Standard image generation uses no credits, including for signed-out visitors. Quality costs 20 credits and Pro costs 75 credits per image.
